Well-being aparthotel | wellness and restaurant

We are contributing to the development of the new luxury aparthotel Hladina, right on the Slapy Dam.

The project will feature approximately 40 hotel-style apartments, a wellness area with unique saunas, and a restaurant with water views. We are actively collaborating with the project architects on process setup.

Even in the design phase, we are defining guest and staff journeys, operational flows, and technical requirements. Thorough planning of all details from the outset helps prevent complications and costly changes during construction.

Our work also includes creating the hotel’s DNA and its services, market positioning, and developing the marketing strategy.
