Michal Brokeš – Project Manager in Hospitality
I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, and during this time, I have gained extensive experience in hotel management, team leadership, and the execution of challenging projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom. Throughout my career, I have progressed from operational roles to the position of General Manager, which has given me a deep understanding of not only strategic management but also the day-to-day operations of a hotel.
What I enjoy most is building and developing hotels, establishing efficient processes, and creating an environment where both guests and employees feel comfortable and valued. I have experience with opening new hotels, rebranding established brands, and building new hotel management companies. I am convinced that long-term success is built upon a high-quality team, open communication, and an excellent level of service.
In my work, I combine business acumen with a practical approach to operations. My focus areas include financial management, cost optimization, leadership, and setting quality standards. Thanks to my international experience and fluent English, I navigate multicultural environments with ease and enjoy finding solutions that make sense for both guests and hotel owners.
In my free time, I enjoy heading to the mountains – whether they are rolling or jagged. Architecture, history, and photography are also lifelong inspirations for me. They help me view the world with perspective, notice details, and find beauty and functionality in everyday things.
