Our team

Ultimate Hospitality is a team of experts with extensive experience in hospitality, gastronomy, management, finance, revenue management, human resources, design, marketing, and communication.

Each of us brings our unique expertise and practical industry knowledge to our projects. This allows us to approach operations holistically – from business strategy, economics, processes, and staff management to service quality, environment, and guest communication. We also handle subsequent media exposure, promotion, and marketing services.

Marek Holer – Founder and Owner

As a seventh-generation member of a family deeply rooted in hospitality, I’ve been immersed in the restaurant atmosphere since childhood. I began my professional journey as a waiter and progressively advanced through nearly every level of gastronomic operations. I worked for Kampa Group and spent seven years at Aromi restaurant, where I rose to the position of restaurant manager. Later, I established La Terrassa restaurant and managed the gastronomic operations of Prague’s Hotel Jalta.

My experiences, both from my own ventures and those I was entrusted with, inspired me to offer hotel and restaurant owners a service that goes beyond simply providing a list of recommendations. That’s why, in 2014, I founded Ultimate Hospitality. Over time, I assembled a team of experts specializing in various areas of hospitality and gastronomy. Together, we engage with both new and established projects, uncovering their true potential and helping to transform it into tangible results.

I view operations as a holistic entity, where every detail is crucial. A successful hotel or restaurant must align with its location, target audience, and actual demand, operate economically, and simultaneously offer guests warm, high-quality service. My greatest joy comes from transforming businesses into thriving establishments that their owners and employees can be proud of, and where guests eagerly return.

For me, hospitality is both a profession and a lifelong passion. In my free time, I most enjoy spending time with my children, and I also pursue fishing, ping-pong, or slacklining. However, I rarely manage to completely switch off from thinking about how hotels and restaurants operate.

Iva Nešvarová – Lead Consultant for Processes and Project Management

Hospitality is my lifelong love. After studying hotel management and finance, I went abroad and spent 9 years refining my German at the Tulbinger Kogel hotel near Vienna. Upon my return, I joined the pre-opening process of a hotel with a Swiss Hospitality culture, the Mövenpick hotel, where over 15 years I transitioned through 4 positions and concluded my tenure at this hotel as Rooms Division Manager.

Subsequently, I gained experience at the Mövenpick hotel in Istanbul. My next challenge was the position of General Manager at Accor Hotels, where I worked for 9 years. This was followed by the preparation for the opening and operation of the MeetMe23 hotel on Washingtonova Street, in Prague 1, where I served for 4 years. A pivotal moment was meeting Marek Holer, who offered me a consultant position in his company, and where, since 2020, together with other members of our team, we help and support our clients.

My professional experience lies mainly in hotel IT, system setup, finance, and revenue management. My hobbies include all winter and summer sports; I actively practice Ashtanga yoga, cold water swimming, ski mountaineering, and cycling. Other interests include reading, alternative culture, and meeting inspiring people.

Helena Mužíková – Financial Director

I met Marek Holer in 2019 while collaborating on a project where he served as an expert consultant. Subsequently, I started working directly for him. The reason, I believe, is simple: I enjoy working with people I want to work with and who want to work with me. And that’s precisely why our collaboration has been successful long-term.

In my work, I enjoy seeking new opportunities, connecting dots, and developing practical solutions for everyday use. I can view projects holistically while simultaneously focusing on the details that determine the outcome. My experience in the banking sector taught me to work quickly, precisely, and systematically. My strong suit is establishing company processes, defining roles, and determining priorities.

I welcome new challenges, avoid falling into routine, and have a continuous need to learn. In my work, I utilize digital tools and mind maps, which have also deepened my fondness for pencils, crayons, and highlighters. In my free time, two cats keep me company, reliably ensuring that even the home environment is never too predictable.

Petra Králová – Reservations Manager

I have dedicated my entire professional life to the hospitality industry.

After graduating from the College of Tourism, I moved to Brighton to improve my English. In 2012, I joined Accor Hotels in the reservations department for 5 hotels in Prague, where I spent 6 years working with FIT (Free Independent Travelers) and corporate clientele.

After going on maternity leave in 2018, I continued working in my field from home and began collaborating with Mr. Marek Holer. At the same time, my partner and I opened a small family bistro, so I divide my time between my children, the hotel industry, and hospitality.

Thanks to this, I have developed my organizational and communication skills to a high level; I am able to handle crisis situations, be flexible, resilient to stress, and improvise according to immediate needs.
I find my work incredibly fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing my dedication to this field.

Michal Brokeš – Project Manager in Hospitality

I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, and during this time, I have gained extensive experience in hotel management, team leadership, and the execution of challenging projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom. Throughout my career, I have progressed from operational roles to the position of General Manager, which has given me a deep understanding of not only strategic management but also the day-to-day operations of a hotel.

What I enjoy most is building and developing hotels, establishing efficient processes, and creating an environment where both guests and employees feel comfortable and valued. I have experience with opening new hotels, rebranding established brands, and building new hotel management companies. I am convinced that long-term success is built upon a high-quality team, open communication, and an excellent level of service.

In my work, I combine business acumen with a practical approach to operations. My focus areas include financial management, cost optimization, leadership, and setting quality standards. Thanks to my international experience and fluent English, I navigate multicultural environments with ease and enjoy finding solutions that make sense for both guests and hotel owners.

In my free time, I enjoy heading to the mountains – whether they are rolling or jagged. Architecture, history, and photography are also lifelong inspirations for me. They help me view the world with perspective, notice details, and find beauty and functionality in everyday things.

David Hofman – Sales & Business Development Manager

My journey in hospitality began at Hilton Prague and continued with a year of experience at Hilton Sydney Airport, where I learned how the global hotel business works. I gained further valuable experience at the prestigious Prague boutique hotels Aria Hotel Prague and Golden Well Hotel, which taught me that true luxury is primarily about personalized service and an exceptional guest experience.

A significant milestone for me was also my role as a Global Sales Agent for Marriott International, which gave me profound experience in sales, marketing, and building long-term business relationships.

For over 20 years, I have been helping hotels find new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and transform their potential into measurable results. I believe that success doesn’t happen by chance, but is a combination of experience, the right strategy, and a personalized approach. At Ultimate Hospitality, I share my experience with hotels that want to grow, strengthen their business, and find new opportunities in an increasingly dynamic market.

What motivates me most is seeking solutions that bring long-term value and measurable results to clients. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, hiking, and snowboarding in winter. I strive to bring new experiences and inspiration into my professional work as well.

Fernando David Diaz Delgado – Professional Chef

I am a professional chef with over 25 years of experience, gained in Spain, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. For more than 20 years, I have held the position of head chef.

Mediterranean and international cuisine are closest to my heart. My love for them was naturally awakened by Spain, the sea-surrounded country from which I hail. I have experience from hotel operations, à la carte restaurants, banquets, and catering.

I have completed numerous courses focused on Spanish and international cuisine. At the same time, I am interested in new technologies and current trends in gastronomy, which I enjoy combining with traditional methods and high-quality ingredients.

Michaela Fialová Rozšafná – PR and Media, Social Media Management

Writing, journalism, and communication are activities that I have enjoyed and found fulfilling since childhood. After holding positions in the editorial offices of regional and national media and completing journalism and media studies at Charles University in Prague, I transitioned to Public Relations. I have now been working in this field for over ten years. I have experience leading PR campaigns in tourism, cultural projects, and business. I also specialize in copywriting and social media management.

Professionally, I most enjoy dedicating myself to projects that also interest and excite me in my personal life. Projects that have meaning, a strong story, and whose sharing can reach and inspire others.
I met Marek Holer in Pec pod Sněžkou, where I witnessed firsthand how he transformed a formerly failing property into a cozy hotel with vibrant energy. I am delighted to be involved in ensuring that his company and projects are heard about and known by the wider public.

Simona Chládková – design

What fascinates me most about interior design is how profoundly an environment can influence human psychology and the overall experience of a space. For me, an interior is not just a matter of aesthetics, but primarily about atmosphere, functionality, and how people feel within it. I began focusing on interior design during my studies in the Design program at the Faculty of Architecture, ČVUT.

I gained further experience at the Interior and Furniture studio at UMPRUM and during my international studies in Lisbon and Mexico. The opportunity to explore diverse cultural and creative approaches significantly influenced my perspective on design. My professional path subsequently led me to Ultimate Hospitality, where for over five years I have been dedicated to designing hotel and restaurant interiors. I have participated in projects ranging from partial renovations and fit-outs to the design of new hotels, restaurants, and their visual identities.

Thanks to my long-term specialization in hospitality, when designing, I consider not only aesthetics but also daily operations, staff needs, and guest expectations. I draw inspiration from nature, travel, architecture, and photography. In my free time, you’ll most often find me rock climbing, cycling on my road bike, or on a yoga mat.

Veronika Uhrová – marketing + reservations department

Thanks to my studies of philosophy, French, and Chinese at Charles University, I gained deep knowledge in linguistic structures and valuable skills in conceptual thinking, allowing me to create creative advertising campaigns in both online and offline marketing environments. Within the teams of corporate advertising agencies, such as VML, I had the opportunity to participate in projects for major clients like Škoda Auto and Adidas.

In my work, I strive to view familiar things from various perspectives. This way, I always seek new connections while striving for alignment with the brand’s creative vision. To this end, I first conduct extensive research into the client’s needs, and my goal is to understand what resonates with their customers. Based on this data, I create creative concepts, copy, and incorporate SEO. However, I understand that a successful and effective end product also requires a combination of humility, dedication to the project, openness, and the ability to see the bigger picture.

I am delighted to be part of this team as a creative strategist, idea generator, and copywriter in online marketing communication for social media profiles. Our goal is a strong brand position for businesses. It’s not just about increasing the visibility of individual locations; our work goes beyond that, as we strive to create a community of people who truly love these places and enjoy returning to them. And that’s an approach that truly resonates with me.

Martin Novák

My entire life has been dedicated to “hospitality,” specifically in the hotel and gastronomy sectors. Starting in the 1990s, I was responsible for the entire Eastern European hotel market, subsequently serving as Sales Director and Resident Manager of Hotel Diplomat, and General Manager of hotels Palace Prague, Savoy Prague, and Chopin Krakow. Subsequently, I became the owner and operator of the cafés Café Circo, Café Colore, and the Bubble Lounge bar.

I once founded the first wedding fair in the Czech Republic, which was held annually at Hotel Diplomat and initiated a tradition of similar events in our country. With Café Colore, I was named Restaurateur of the Year by AHR, and Bubble Lounge was recognized by the Czech Bar Awards as one of the best Wine Bars in the Czech Republic.

Several years ago, I began to focus on interior design and photography. In interiors, I emphasize meticulous spatial ergonomics, not only for hotel and restaurant guests but also for an optimal working environment for staff.
