During our six-month collaboration, we focused on the financial aspects, staffing structure, and the efficiency of daily operations for the guesthouse, restaurant, and wellness facilities.

We optimized work processes, implemented a smart concept (unattended accommodation without a reception desk), reallocated responsibilities, and established a more efficient work organization. Concurrently, we refined the gastronomic offerings and other key management areas.
