For Resort Vysoká Lípa, we managed the complete preparation for the opening of a new hotel and restaurant on the edge of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

The project originated from the initial concept on a greenfield site, and together with investors and other partners, we shaped it step by step over three years into its final form.

The result is a resort combining cozy accommodation, modern wellness, gastronomy, and a unique natural environment. In its development, we focused on functional operation, the quality of services provided, and respect for the character of the location.

Part of our collaboration also included the creation of the gastronomic concept. Our chef prepared a menu based on high-quality ingredients, simplicity, and the authentic flavors of the region.

The restaurant serves both hotel guests and tourists, as well as other visitors to Bohemian Switzerland.

We prepared the complete design of the rooms, lobby, and restaurant.
